Kingman Parks and Recreation's "Summer Fun Daze" summer camp visited the Kingman Airport Thursday for a field trip. The event taught kids about airplanes, fire safety, and showcased the Kingman Police Department's Bomb Squad robot. Kids could go inside an airplane and sit inside the cockpit and learn about the airport's fire engine. Kingman Police Department, Guardian Air, Kingman Airline Service, Air'Zona and the Kingman Airport Authority helped put on the event and several local businesses sponsored it.
