Kingman Police arrested Marcos Anaya, 42, of Kingman July 18 on felony charges of aggravated DUI and possession of drug paraphernalia. Anaya was contacted in the 3200 block of Stockton Hill Road after he was seen driving erratically around 12:30 a.m. He was ultimately arrested for suspicions of DUI when he was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Anaya was also wanted in regards to a shoplifting investigation on July 3. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Kingman Police arrested Travis Roland Burnside, 42, of Kingman July 18 on a felony charge of aggravated assault on a police officer and three misdemeanor domestic violence charges. Officers had responded to a domestic disturbance around 5:40 p.m. at a residence in the 2400 block of Armour Avenue, where it was found that Burnside had assaulted several family members and caused damage to property in the home. While being taken into custody, Burnside allegedly kicked officers and resisted arrest. Alcohol is said to be a factor. Burnside was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Bryan Ramone Cesspooch, 46, of Valentine July 21 for aggravated DUI, aggravated DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08%, aggravated extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .15% and aggravated super extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .20%, all felonies. At approximately 11:30 p.m., deputies conducted a traffic stop on Route 66 at milepost 65 and contacted Cesspooch, the driver. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Cesspooch. During conversations with Cesspooch, he admitted to having a beer earlier. Cesspooch refused to perform the field sobriety tests as requested by deputies. A records check revealed Cesspooch to have a suspended driver's license for a prior DUI. Cesspooch was taken into custody and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .320%. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond Joseph Mangrum, 34, of Kingman July 20 for felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies observed a bicyclist affecting traffic as the operator rode south on Bank Street in the northbound lane of traffic around 9:46 a.m. Deputies contacted the male subject on Bank Street near Neal Street. He initially falsely identified himself. As deputies questioned him further, he allegedly reached into his front pocket and threw something to the ground. Deputies retrieved the item, which was a glass pipe. The male subject later identified himself as Mangrum. He said that he lied because he thought he had a warrant. A records check showed no outstanding warrants for Mangrum. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Kingman Police arrested Johnathan Chris Coulan, 21, of Kingman July 21 at a residence in the 2600 block of Phoenix Avenue. He was arrested on an MCSO felony warrant for probation violation on an original charge of burglary and a misdemeanor KPD warrant for shoplifting. Officers responded to the area after receiving reports of a subject who was possibly involved in burglary jumping fences. It was found that Coulan had jumped a fence to his residence. Upon the officers' arrival at 6:15 a.m., he barricaded himself in the attic of the home. Coulan ultimately came out of the attic on his own at 7:50 a.m. and was taken into custody. Coulan was transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center for treatment of heat-related stress before he was booked into the Mohave County Jail. He is also facing misdemeanor assault charges for a domestic violence incident the previous night.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Rachelle Coleene Holder, 31, of Kingman July 21 on two felony counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and an active warrant. Deputies contacted Holder during a traffic stop on North Bond Street at Northern Avenue around 12:30 p.m. A records check showed Holder to have a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Holder was arrested without incident. Deputies allegedly found Holder to be in possession of a glass pipe with burnt residue and a scale. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Kingman Police arrested John Lynn Haney, 48, of Kingman July 20 on a felony warrant for a parole violation issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections. Haney was contacted around 6:40 p.m. in the 2300 block of Airway Avenue and taken into custody on his warrant. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
