Jim Lee Phillips of Kingman passed away Friday, July 16, 2010, at Mayo Cancer Clinic in Phoenix.
He was born March 20, 1960, in San Diego and came to Kingman eight and a half years ago from San Diego.
Jim was a computer technician at Point Loma Submarine Base in San Diego from 1990 to 1995. He was a cook at Chili's Restaurant in Kingman from 2002 to 2010.
He was affiliated with youth ministry in San Diego from 1986 to 1990.
Jim is survived by his wife, Liz Phillips of Kingman, and their three children, Micah, Danielle and Stephanie. He is also survived by two grown children from his previous marriage, James Phillips of Kingman and Misti Phillips of San Diego; his brother, George Phillips; and four grandchildren.
Jim Phillips was a very unique and wonderful man. He left behind many friends and family who will always love and remember him. He died at 50 years of age.
We will never forget you.
At a later date his ashes will be scattered in San Diego.
