KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested David P. Hagar, 22, of Kingman Saturday, June 5, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, along with DUI and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 percent, misdemeanors. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Stockton Hill Road at Edie Drive around 12:45 a.m. and contacted Hagar, the driver. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Hagar, who allegedly admitted to drinking. Following the field sobriety tests, Hagar was arrested. A search of the vehicle revealed a prescription bottle containing 29 grams of marijuana. Hagar was transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .085 percent. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ryan Martin Michel, 35, of Kingman Saturday, June 5, for possession of marijuana, possession of narcotic drugs, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, along with DUI and DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 percent, misdemeanors. Deputies observed a vehicle traveling on Andy Devine Avenue with a flat tire around 2:50 a.m. They conducted a traffic stop in the 1200 block of Andy Devine and contacted Michel, the driver. He advised that he knew that he had a flat tire and was trying to get home. Deputies smelled an odor of alcohol on Michel. He allegedly admitted he had been drinking. Following the field sobriety tests, Michel was arrested. A search of the vehicle revealed a plastic jar containing 34 grams of marijuana, an unmarked prescription bottle containing six narcotic pills and a pipe with burnt residue. Michel was transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .141 percent. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brenda Sue Odom, 39, of Kingman Friday, June 11, for possession of marijuana, possession of narcotic drugs, and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, all felonies. Deputies observed a parked vehicle in front of a residence with its emergency lights on in the 2900 block of Neal just before 1 a.m. Deputies stopped and observed the vehicle was unoccupied. As deputies approached the house, they smelled a burnt odor of marijuana. Deputies contacted the residents and determined Odom to be in possession of marijuana. She allegedly said the marijuana belonged to her. A search of Odom's purse revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana, a pipe with burnt residue, tweezers, rolling papers, a metal spoon and an unlabeled prescription bottle containing narcotic pills. Odom was arrested without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
