KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested David Randy Manning, 26, of Golden Valley Thursday, June 24 for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies contacted two subjects who were stranded in a broken down vehicle in the area of Chino and Colorado around 8 p.m. A records check showed one of the subjects, identified as Manning, to have an outstanding warrant. Manning was arrested without incident. A search of Manning revealed a plastic bag containing a white powdery residue, which later field-tested positive for methamphetamine. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police responded to a two-vehicle crash in the 4000 block of E. Andy Devine Avenue around 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 23. The investigation found that Jesse W. Jimenez, 19, of Mohave Valley was driving a 2008 Ford pickup when he crossed westbound Andy Devine Avenue to Castle Rock Road and failed to yield the right-of-way to the oncoming 1998 Dodge sedan driven by Ronald J. Marolf, 54, of Kingman. Jimenez was cited for failure to yield from stop sign and inappropriate licensed driver. Both vehicles were disabled and towed from the scene. Both drivers received serious, non-life threatening injuries requiring transport to area hospitals.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ara Jean Burgett, 41, of Kingman Tuesday, June 22 on a felony warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor warrants for failure to appear and failure to pay fines, all issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies recognized Burgett in a front yard of a residence in the 3600 block of Northfield Avenue around 8:51 a.m. and knew her to have outstanding warrants. Deputies contacted Burgett and a records check confirmed the active warrants. She was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
