Shirley Kimbley

Shirley I. Kimbley, 75, passed away peacefully in her home in Kingman on Tuesday, March 16, 2010. She was born Aug. 30, 1934, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, to Thomas and Dorothy McBride.

Although born and raised in Canada, Shirley's destiny lay in America where she met and married her husband Harry. Together for 45 years, they enjoyed a wonderful marriage until Harry's passing last October. Also preceding her in passing was their daughter Janet.

Shirley was a hard-working, fun-loving lady quick to break into laughter and help out a friend in need at any time. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, camping and fishing - and good friends - all with equal passion. She believed in honest values and raised her children to believe in the same.

Shirley was loved by so many and she will be sorely missed by her mother, Dodie, and sister, Maureen of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada; her brother Peter of White Rock, B.C., Canada; her children, Andrew and Renate of Puyallup, Wash.; Carl of Oakhurst, Calif.; Sean and Kristi of Kingman, and Christopher of Bullhead City; 15 grandchildren, and numerous relatives and friends throughout America and Canada.

Mom, you are missed very much by all.
