KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond Craig Mellage, 24 of Kingman on April 29 for felony possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and three outstanding warrants. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Stockton Hill Road and Kino around 8:30 p.m. A records check showed the driver to have a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear issued by Kingman Justice Court. The driver was arrested without incident. A records check showed the passenger, Mellage, to have two misdemeanor warrants for probation violation issued by Kingman Municipal Court and a misdemeanor warrant for interfering with judicial proceedings issued by Kingman Justice Court. Mellage was arrested without incident. A search of the vehicle revealed marijuana and a pipe. Mellage allegedly admitted that the items belonged to him. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jeffrey A. Farley, 61, of Kingman April 30 for three felony charges of disorderly conduct with a firearm/domestic violence. Deputies responded to a call at a business on Airway Avenue around 9 p.m. the night before and contacted the victims, a 49-year-old female, a 17-year-old female and a 14-year-old male. The victims said Farley was intoxicated and became angry and advised them he had a round in the shotgun for each of them. The victims stated that Farley had fired a shotgun inside the residence. All three victims were able to get out of the residence. Deputies attempted to make contact with Farley, who was inside the residence. He eventually exited the residence and was arrested without incident. Farley refused to speak with deputies. Deputies entered the residence and retrieved the shotgun and observed two shotgun shell casings inside the residence. Farley was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nicholis Kelly O'Leary, 19, of Kingman April 21 for felony possession of marijuana and a contempt of court misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies contacted two male subjects who were riding a quad southbound on Lomita near Potter around 5 p.m. A records check showed one of the subjects identified as O'Leary to have an active warrant. O'Leary was taken into custody without incident. A search of O'Leary allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police responded to Centennial Park, 3333 Harrison St., at 9:30 p.m., April 30 regarding reports of suspicious activity. Officers contacted a group of juveniles and young adults. Four underage male subjects were found to have been drinking alcohol (14, 16, 17 and 18 years old, all of Kingman). All were charged with underage consumption of alcohol, with the juveniles released to parents. The 16-year-old male was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and graffiti tools. He was additionally charged.
