KINGMAN - Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Timothy James Wyant, 20 of Kingman May 14 for resisting arrest and criminal damage, felonies, along with minor consumption and criminal damage per domestic violence, misdemeanors. While patrolling, deputies observed two male subjects who were about to fight on the north side of the roadway in the 3300 block of Thompson Avenue. Deputies observed one of the male subjects identified as Wyant with blood on his right hand and blood spots on his shorts. Deputies contacted the other male subject and he said he was walking down the street with his girlfriend when he was approached by an unknown male subject wanting to fight. Deputies contacted Wyant and observed his speech to be slurred. Wyant allegedly admitted to drinking and said he got into an argument at his uncle's house in the 3300 block of Bouquillas and got mad and punched a mirror. Deputies responded to the address and observed a damaged window to a vehicle on the property. During transport, Wyant allegedly repeatedly kicked and damaged a door of the vehicle. The damage was estimated at $1,500. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested seven underage subjects ranging in age of 15 to 20 for underage alcohol consumption after officers responded to a reported disturbance in the 2400 block Louise Avenue around 2:30 a.m. May 15. Officers found the subjects to be intoxicated and involved in the disturbance. The seven were charged and released, with the juveniles being released to the custody of their parents.

KINGMAN - Two dogs were seized and impounded and their owner charged with two misdemeanor counts of dogs at large after the animals killed a newborn horse in the 3700 block of N. Melody Street May 15.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Joanne Marie Tinoco, 44, of Kingman for felony aggravated assault on healthcare workers around 1:50 p.m. May 15. Officers were sent to Kingman Regional Medical Center after receiving a report that Tinoco assaulted medical staff in the ER. Tinoco allegedly punched, bit and spit on doctors and nurses while she was in the ER being tended to. Tinoco was booked into the Mohave County Jail. Alcohol is believed to be involved.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Shaelee Marie Matthews, 18, of Kingman around 2:15 a.m. May 16 on felony charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Matthews was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a violation in the 800 block Andy Devine Avenue. He also had a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court on an original charge of minor consumption of alcohol. Matthews was booked into the Mohave County Jail.

KINGMAN - Kingman Police arrested Ali Leigh Ketchner, 21, of Kingman around 9:20 a.m. May 16 on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and a misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. Ketchner was contacted in the 1800 block of Miami Avenue. It was known that she had a warrant. While being arrested, Ketchner allegedly attempted to resist arrest and hide the drug paraphernalia. She was booked into the Mohave County Jail.
