Charles Edward Bowling, "Chuck" passed away peacefully in hospice care on Sunday, Oct. 31, 2010, in Phoenix. He was born Feb. 22, 1929, in Drift, Ky., to James Foster and Artie Bowling.
He moved his family to California in 1958 and then to Arizona in 1970. Chuck and his wife, Nancy, made Kingman their home in 1985. His working career included: a machinist, air-conditioning and heating company, trucking, and then repairing and rebuilding computers.
He is preceded in death by his parents; son, Carl Edward Bowling; three brothers; and grandchildren, Mishaunna and Jeffrey.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy Lois; and children, Bill Bowling of Kingman, Nancy Johnson-Zicafoose (Robert) of Scottsdale, Rick Bowling (Laura) of Phoenix, Rod Deeks (Kim) of Highland Village, Texas, and Jeff Bowling of Kingman. He also says goodbye to 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, and siblings, Harold Bowling, Anna Mae Perkins, Kenneth McKinney and Willard McKinney.
