Mallory Garfield of Kingman was one of 26 students recognized at the Harding University College of Pharmacy honors, awards and scholarships banquet Sept. 16. Garfield, a member of the class of 2012, was awarded with a Dean's Scholarship, which is given to the academic top-10 percent of the class. Harding's College of Pharmacy is one of only two pharmacy schools in Arkansas. It admitted its first class in 2008 and now accepts 60 students each year to participate in the four-year program. Harding has an enrollment this year of more than 6,800 students.
