United Way Agency Fair this week at KRMC

Food bank, Sarah's House among beneficiaries

KINGMAN - Kingman Regional Medical Center will kick off its first annual employee workplace giving campaign by hosting an Agency Fair from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Nov. 2-3, in the Mohave B Conference Room at 3269 Stockton Hill Road. The public is invited.

River Cities United Way currently facilitates the funding of 12 partner agencies that provide 15 programs and services in the Kingman area. United Way community impact efforts are focused on the areas of income, education and health. All of the dollars given in Kingman remain in Kingman and the immediate surrounding area to help those in need in the community.

Kingman agencies participating in the event include Boys and Girls Club, Kingman Aid to Abused People, Special Olympics, Advice and Aid Pregnancy Center, Kingman Area Food Bank, NAU Foundation Senior Companion Program, Sarah's House, The Salvation Army, Kingman Resource Center and the Social Service Interagency Council.
