Mohave County Sheriff's Office and Bullhead City Police Department are asking for the public's assistance regarding a spree of criminal damage reports to vehicles that occurred the evening of July 29 and the morning of July 30 in Fort Mohave and Bullhead City. The departments received 23 reports from the Camp Mohave Road neighborhood area of vehicle windows smashed and tires slashed. A Fort Mohave witness reported seeing a suspect described as a skinny white male, wearing a red shirt and blue jeans, smashing a window with an aluminum bat. The suspect was a passenger in a two tone blue Chevy Astro Van. The driver of the van is described as a male subject. In Bullhead City, the Rio Lomas, Riviera and Chaparral Country Club neighborhood areas 10 vehicles with smashed windows were reported. The damage may have been done by a baseball bat. A Bullhead City victim reported seeing a white 4-door Nissan Titan speed away. Mohave Silent Witness is offering a reward up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the persons responsible for the criminal damage.
