Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shayleigh Joanne Wolsey, 21, of Kingman, Friday for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and a probation violation misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies knew Wolsey to have an outstanding warrant and around 7:15 a.m., deputies observed Wolsey as a passenger in a moving vehicle. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3600 block of Devlin Avenue and took Wolsey into custody without incident. A search of the vehicle yielded a backpack. Inside the backpack deputies said they located a glass pipe with residue and a plastic bag containing a white crystal residue. Wolsey reportedly said the backpack belonged to her. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond Joseph Mangrum, 35, of Kingman, Sunday for possession of dangerous drugs, three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies, and an outstanding warrant. Deputies contacted a male subject pushing a bicycle as he was exiting an alleyway between E Leroy Avenue and E Thompson Avenue just after 1 a.m. The male subject identified himself as Mangrum and said that he probably had warrants out for his arrest. A records check showed Mangrum to have a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. He was arrested without incident. A search of Mangrum revealed three glass pipes and a small plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
