Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ronald Edwin Wagoner, 53, of Kingman Wednesday on a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies contacted Wagoner while he was walking in the 3700 block of Lum Avenue around 3:15 a.m. A records check showed Wagoner to have an active warrant. Wagoner was arrested without incident. A search of Wagoner revealed a pipe with burnt marijuana, a plastic bag containing marijuana and a tin box containing marijuana along with a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. Wagoner was also charged with possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Samual Bieber, 50, of Kingman Thursday for felony aggravated assault per domestic violence. Deputies responded to the 2700 block of Ames Avenue around 12:48 p.m. in reference to a suspicious situation. Dispatch advised that a male subject called for medical advising that he thought his daughter was dead. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Bieber, who said his daughter was hurt. Deputies located his daughter lying in the hallway. During conversations with Bieber's daughter, the 20-year-old victim, she reported that Bieber pushed her into a speaker and she fell and lost consciousness. River Medical responded and transported the victim to Kingman Regional Medial Center. Bieber was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
