Diana Ruth Lingenfelter passed away at the Joan and Diana Hospice Home on Thursday, Jan. 13, 2011, at the age of 79. She was primarily a bookkeeper and homemaker but enjoyed many other local activities over the years. Her true love, however, and so very important to her, was her family. She was a loyal, supportive and loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
Diana is survived by her husband, Dr. John G. Lingenfelter; their four children, Fred B. Lingenfelter, Sandra L. Terry, Susan L. Collins and Sara L. Overson; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 21, at Sutton Memorial Funeral Home, 1701 Sycamore Ave. in Kingman.
A viewing will also be held from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 22, at St. Johns United Methodist Church, 1730 Kino Ave., immediately followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 3 p.m. A reception will follow the service at St. Johns.
