Marian Azzolino

Mrs. Marian Azzolino passed away on Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011, at her home with her family at her bedside. Marian started life with humble beginnings in New York, raised by her stepfather having lost her mother and grandmother by age 6.

She married the love of her life, Joseph Azzolino. Married for 60 years, they had four daughters, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and numerous great-great-grandchildren.

Marian and Joe moved to California where they built and ran their own successful printing business, which they ran for 30-plus years until retiring to Kingman.

Joe and Marian enjoyed working in real estate as well.

Marian enjoyed people - meeting, helping and counseling. Marian was always deeply religious, involved in metaphysics, spirituality and walking the path or "doing the work" as she would say, God's work.

Marian loved her cats and found great comfort and companionship with them after Joe passed away. She never missed an opportunity to help her family and also people who were down and out. Marian always handed homeless people a few bucks when she saw them.

Marian would always say how much she loved and missed her Joe since his passing in December of 1998.

Marian, your spirit lives on and is healthy now. The long, hard journey is over, and you are reunited with your loving husband Joe and the rest of your family who preceded you.

Go with God; enjoy the company of your brother Jesus whom you loved so much. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the other side. We love you. You'll be missed; we'll see you soon. Amen.
