Golden Valley Firefighters responded Saturday to two motor vehicle accidents at the same location 62 minutes apart from each other on Highway 68 and Estrella Road.

The first accident occurred at 12:13 p.m. and involved two vehicles and three people. Golden Valley Fire Capt. Dave Martin said the driver of the pickup truck that rolled over, a female in her 40s, was extracted and transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The two from the other vehicle were uninjured and refused treatment.

The second accident occurred at 1:15 p.m. while the first accident was being cleared. The second involved two vehicles, where one T-boned the other. The two patients in the pickup truck, the driver in her 30s and the passenger in her 60s, were transported to Kingman Regional Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the car, a male in his 60s, was treated on scene for cuts to his arm but refused transport to the hospital.

The Department of Public Safety is investigating both accidents. The agency did not respond to inquiries Monday.
