Kingman Letters: Monday 25 July, 2011

The family of Lorraine Hunt would like to express our sincere thanks to everyone who knew and loved "Grammy." We were thrilled to hear from so many - that you found her as special as we did. The memories of her big smile, the mischievous laugh and the joy that she showed in every breath she took will help us ease the pain. As did the cards, the flowers, the kind words, the quick hugs, the offer of a meal or a shoulder to cry on.

Her travels took her around the world, and now she is on, perhaps, the grandest journey of all.

The family of Humberto L. "Bert" Garcia of Kingman would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude for the many condolences, cards and flowers received in sympathy of our beloved husband and father, who died on June 16, 2011.

He is greatly missed by all who knew him.

The family of Dennis Callahan would like to take a moment to say thank you to all of our friends and family in the community for your support during the past few months.

We would like to thank the doctors, nurses, KRMC hospice team, ICU and ER staffs for the competent and compassionate treatment we experienced during his illness. (The hospitality cart was so appreciated!)

Cancer is awful, but the support system surrounding Dad was wonderful. Thank you all and God bless.
