Vivian Jean Hull of Kingman, formerly of Bullhead City and Normal, Ill., joined her Lord and Savior in heaven at 5:10 p.m. MST on Thursday, June 16, 2011, after suffering a heart attack. She passed away at the Kingman Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, June 24, at First Church of the Nazarene, 4715 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman.
Born Sept. 28, 1925, in Battle Creek, Calhoun County, Mich., to George R. and Kathleen (Mitchell) Wagner, she married William 'Buddy' Hull Jr. on April 20, 1947, in Bloomington, Ill.
Survivors include: one sister, Clara Lutzow of Hemet, Calif.; three sons, Gary of Kingman, Randy of Decatur, Ill., and Timothy of the Philippines; one adopted daughter, Sheila Pula of Kingman; 13 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren; and countless nieces and nephews.
Vivian was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and dedicated to His work in the Women's Missionary Society and the Christian Youth Crusaders (CYC) activities in Normal. She graduated from Bloomington School of Practical Nursing on Oct. 22, 1965, and dedicated her life to serving others. She was a traveling In-Home Caregiver to many throughout Mohave County.
Vivian was a member of the Nazarene Church in Kingman and at 85 she was still a kid at heart.
In lieu of flowers, make memorials in her name to the Kingman Nazarene Church Children's Bible School Program.
