Linda J. Hawn passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at Kingman Regional Medical Center at the age of 65. Linda has been a resident of Kingman since 1982.
Linda made many friends as an Avon Representative in the early 1980s, then she and her late husband, Glen R. Hawn, owned and operated G&L's Coins.
Her death was preceded by Glen R. Hawn (1999); her birth mother, Mary Ellen Myers; her adopted parents, William and Maggie Harville; and also her long-time friend, Vince Salmon.
Linda was born in Evansville, Ind., and grew up in Indianapolis. She enjoyed the simple things such as reading and crafts. She also enjoyed gathering of friends and family.
She is survived by her son, Charles Stewart Jr., his wife Patricia Stewart and their son, Mathew, of Clarksville, Tenn.; her daughter, Sandy Edwards, her husband, Lenny Edwards, and their children, Jeffery and Amanda; and great-granddaughter, Mykensie of Kingman. She is also survived by many good friends.
There will be no services, just a private cremation and a scattering of ashes to be announced privately.
