These Kingman High School seniors will receive full state university tuition scholarships for four years valued between $35,000 and $40,000. The AIMS Scholarship is a merit scholarship administered by the Arizona Department of Education. Students' academic achievement must exceed all AIMS tests in math, reading, and writing by the end of their junior year and earn grades of "B" or better in all 16 Core Competency Courses. Out of 414 seniors in the KHS class of 2011, the 17 scholarship recipients are seated front: Jonathan Beck, Kevin Gibelyou, Kyle Hansen, Brooke Moore, Anna Jennings, Ariel Henry; standing back: Mikayla Posey, Heather Borgard, Amy Webb, Jennica Peck, Jeremy Reiman, Alexander Siqueiros, Grant Burden, Jessica Moreland. Not pictured: Christina Findley, Shauna Hetrick, Kylin Nelson, and Claire Weisberg.
