Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Michael Robbins, 23, of Kingman, Tuesday, April 26 for possession of marijuana, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia and a fugitive from justice warrant issued out of New Mexico, all felonies. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 3300 block of Northern Avenue around 9:30 p.m. and contacted Robbins, the driver. A records check showed Robbins to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident. Robbins complained of feeling faint and having weak legs. Medical responded. A K-9 unit also responded. The K-9 conducted a search and alerted his handler to illegal drugs in the vehicle near the ashtray. Behind the ashtray area, deputies located two pipes with residue and a plastic bag containing marijuana. Medical transported Robbins to Kingman Regional Medical Center where he was evaluated and medically released. Robbins was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cheryl Ann Dodson-Hickle, 27, of Kingman, Tuesday on a felony failure to appear warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court and a misdemeanor failure to appear warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies contacted Dodson-Hickle during a traffic stop in the 3000 block of Potter Avenue around 12:20 p.m. A records check showed Dodson-Hickle to have outstanding warrants. She was arrested without incident. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
