KINGMAN - The Arizona Game and Fish Department will again host a pair of the popular Desert Bighorn Sheep Workshops.

The two-day workshops are set for July 29-30 and Aug. 5-6. The first night of the workshop is mandatory classroom education. The second day provides the opportunity to view the bighorns in their native habitat during a four-hour boat ride beginning at 10:30 a.m. on the Colorado River between Willow Beach and Hoover Dam.

The workshops are open to ages 14 and older, with space limited to 49 people per session. Preference will be given to those who have not participated in the workshop the last two years.

Apply at www.azgfd.gov/bighornworkshop or call Zen Mocarski at (928) 692-7700. The tour is free, but a $20 refundable deposit is required.
