Metro, National Parks Service track leads following shooting

KINGMAN - Police have identified the victims of a double shooting at Lake Mohave as a Las Vegas couple.

The shooting was reported around 9:30 a.m. Oct. 25 near Six Mile Cove on the Nevada side of the lake. Rosa Castrejon was found dead at the scene from a gunshot wound to the head. Her boyfriend was shot several times and is listed in critical condition at a Las Vegas hospital. His name was not released.

The couple was camping at the time they were shot.

Las Vegas Metropolitan Police, who is investigating the shootings along with the National Parks Service, said they are looking for a tan and white SUV seen around the campgrounds that morning.
