Kingman Letter: Majority served by compromise

It will not matter if Romney wins with a Republican majority in both houses of Congress or if Obama wins with a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress. The only way we can move forward as a nation is if there are good people elected who have respect for their differing ideas and are willing to work together and compromise so every one can have some, but not all, of what they want. That is when the majority of people are best served.

I think Obama with a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress would be better. That is my opinion and I respect your right to hold and express your opinion, whatever it is. In 2010, the Republicans won largely on a promise of jobs. There has been no real work on any jobs legislation at all. They may find out that the working class remembers those things next election.
