Kingman Police Retirement Luncheon today for Joany Legg

KINGMAN

The Kingman Police Department will host a luncheon today for Evidence Technician Joany Legg, who retired from the department Tuesday after more than 32 years of service. Legg has worn many hats for KPD, including records clerk, systems operator, communications operator, code enforcement officer, a reserve police officer for 10 years and a police evidence technician for 22 years. She was also involved in the beginnings of the annual Halloween "Pumpkin Patrol" and the "Junior Police Cadet Program".

A celebration of Legg's career and retirement will be held at KPD on Andy Devine Avenue beginning at 11:30 a.m. All of her friends, family and co-workers (both past and present) are invited to attend.
