Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Gail Carmen Skaro, 47, of Kingman, Friday, Jan. 27 for possession of narcotic drugs and possession of narcotic drugs for sale, felonies. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the area of Thompson Avenue and Powell Avenue around 2:40 p.m. and contacted Skaro, the driver. During conversations with Skaro, deputies reportedly observed her story to change a couple times and she began getting nervous. A consent search of the vehicle allegedly revealed a prescription bottle with no label containing 40 Vicodin pills and a plastic bag containing 20 Vicodin pills. Skaro was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lisa Ann Hallford, 46, of Kingman, Friday, Jan. 27 on a probation violation felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court and a contempt of court misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies contacted Hallford around 10:20 p.m. at a residence in the 3100 block of Ames Avenue regarding her outstanding warrants. Hallford was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Nicholis Kelly O'Leary, 21, of Kingman, Saturday, Jan. 28 for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, a probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court, felonies, along with two contempt of court misdemeanor warrants issued by Kingman Justice Court and Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies received information of the whereabouts of a wanted person identified as O'Leary and responded around 2:30 p.m. to a residence in the 4700 block of Kelli Lane. With consent, deputies searched the house and reportedly located O'Leary hiding in a closet where he was taken into custody without incident. A search of O'Leary allegedly revealed a plastic bag containing marijuana and a pipe with burnt residue. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
