Kingman Regional Medical Center was recently recognized with an Excellence through Insight award for "Overall Employee Satisfaction" for the Large Hospital category by HealthStream, Inc. A formal presentation of the award will be made during HealthStream's customer Summit 2012, March 8, in Nashville, Tenn.
KRMC was awarded this honor for its commitment to excellence in employee satisfaction. To qualify for an award, a hospital must have been an employee satisfaction client of HealthStream in 2011 and scored in the 75th percentile or better. KRMC was chosen for receiving the highest ratings in employee satisfaction from among HealthStream's clients, as well as exceeding industry standards.
