Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brian Edward Henley, 48, of Kingman, Friday, Jan. 20, for criminal damage per domestic violence, a felony. Deputies responded to a criminal damage report at a residence in the 2600 block of Stephan Road around 10:38 a.m. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a 75-year-old male victim, who reported that Henley, his son, slashed the tires on three of his vehicles. Deputies contacted Henley, who reportedly admitted to slashing the tires because he felt "threatened" by his parents. Henley was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ralph Wesley Eaton Jr., 53, of Kingman, and John Patrick McShea, 45, of Golden Valley, Friday, Jan. 20. Eaton was arrested on a failure to appear felony warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Justice Court. McShea was arrested on a parole violation felony warrant issued out of California Department of Corrections. Deputies learned the whereabouts of a wanted felon identified as McShea and responded to a residence in the 4700 block of Casey Lane around 2:15 p.m. Upon arrival, deputies detained a male subject, identified as Eaton, at the rear of the residence. Eaton advised that he has warrants. Deputies had McShea exit the residence where he was taken into custody. A records check showed Eaton to have outstanding warrants. Both men were transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident.
