KINGMAN - Dust storms, lightning and the heat didn't get in the way of the Kingman Dolphins boys 11/12 200-meter freestyle relay team this past weekend at the State Age Group swim meet in Phoenix.

The relay team consisting of Diego Narvarte, Kael Juelfs, Jacob Catalfamo and Marco Narvate placed ninth with a time of 2:09.41, good enough to qualify for next week's Far West Regional Meet in San Jose, Calif.

Juelfs, also qualified for the regional meet in the 50, 100 and 200 breaststroke and Marco Narvate qualified for five additional events along with anchoring the relay team. Nic Depner will also be attending the meet after qualifying in the 400 freestyle.
