Kingman Police arrested Chad Kawika Bagano, 18, of Kingman and Shawn Levi Imhoff, 23, of Kingman May 31. Bagano was arrested on felony charges of possession of narcotic drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, while Imhoff was arrested on a felony charge of possession of drug paraphernalia. Both where contacted at an apartment complex in the 3300 block of Harrison Street by officers conducting a theft investigation. Officers contacted Bagano and Imhoff in a stairwell where they were reportedly observed preparing to smoke heroin. It was discovered after a records check that Imhoff had a warrant for his arrest out of MCSO.

Mohave County Sheriff's detectives arrested Jonette Kay Savidge, 52, of Chloride June 1 on a fugitive from justice felony warrant issued out of San Bernardino County, Calif. Detectives received information from San Bernardino's Sheriff's Office regarding the whereabouts of a wanted person for drug offenses. Detectives contacted Savidge at a residence in the 4800 block of Schuylkill Avenue, where she was taken into custody without incident.

Kingman Police arrested James D. Coffman, 40, of Golden Valley June 2 on felony charges of resisting arrest, aggravated assault on a police officer and possession of dangerous drugs. Officers contacted Coffman in the 3600 block of Pearl Street around 1 a.m. after responding to a suspicious person report. It was being reported that Coffman was possibly breaking into parked cars. When being detained, Coffman allegedly pushed the officer and fled on foot. Officers captured Coffman, who is said to have continued to fight and resist officers. He was reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine while being taken into custody. He was booked into the Mohave County Jail. Several victims reported items stolen from their vehicles. The investigation is ongoing regarding the vehicle burglaries.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shawn Michael Melton, 39, of Kingman June 3 for felony possession of drug paraphernalia and active warrants. Deputies observed Melton around 9:35 a.m. outside of a residence in the 3500 block of John L Avenue and knew him to have outstanding warrants. Deputies attempted to contact Melton but he reportedly ran. Deputies located Melton within the trailer park and took him into custody. A records check confirmed five misdemeanor warrants, including two warrants issued by Kingman Justice Court for contempt of court and driving with a suspended license and three warrants for contempt of court. A search of Melton allegedly revealed a glass pipe with burnt residue.
