Officer catches naked teens in car downtown

KINGMAN - A police officer doing increased patrol last week at a downtown park where criminal damage and graffiti have been a problem arrested a Kingman man said to be engaged in sexual conduct with an underage girl in a parked car.

The officer was doing his rounds at a park in the 400 block of Golconda Avenue in downtown Kingman around 10:20 p.m. June 5, when he reportedly observed three subjects inside a parked car. Kingman Police Capt. Rusty Cooper said the officer approached the car and found a 15-year-old girl and an 18-year-old man in the backseat, both naked, while an 18-year-old partially clothed man was seated in the front seat.

The man said to be in the back seat, Isaac James Trujillo, 18, of Kingman, was arrested on a felony charge of sexual conduct with a minor. Possible charges of indecent exposure are pending against the second man.

The girl was not charged with an offense but her parents were contacted.

18-year-old man faces charges for public sexual encounter with 15-year-old girl in downtown park

KINGMAN - One 18-year-old was arrested and another faces possible charges for separate public sexual encounters with the same underage girl at a downtown park.

Kingman Police Capt. Rusty Cooper said the girl sought medical treatment the day after the incident, which is said to have occurred on the night of May 29 at Metcalfe Park while a group of teens were drinking.

Cooper said the girl was heavily intoxicated at the gathering and did not remember anything from that night. He said she only learned of the alleged encounters after she was told by friends who witnessed them.

Kingman Police have arrested Justin Coriuntae Dallas, 18, of Kingman, on a felony charge of sexual conduct with a minor in connection with the girl's complaints. Charges against a second 18-year-old man are possible pending the progression of the investigation, Cooper said.
