KINGMAN - Kingman Regional Medical Center will hold an Open House for its Sleep Disorders Center from 2-6 p.m today. National Sleep Awareness Week is March 7-13.
KRMC's Sleep Disorders Center offers help to those who suffer from a variety of problems.
Specialists in neurology, pulmonary medicine, psychiatry and otorhinolaryngology (ear, nose and throat) are available for consultation.
KRMC's four-bed center includes state-of-the-art technology with sleep virtual equipment, which provides "smart picture" technology. This allows polysomnographers (sleep technicians) to monitor the patients sleeping while viewing the readouts and graphs at the same time.
The event will be held at the KRMC Sleep Disorders Center in the Medical Professional Center of Kingman at 1739 Beverly Ave. Tours of the facility and light refreshments will be provided.
