Mohave 911: Monday, March 12, 2012

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Lacey Raynelle Pena, 21, of Kingman March 3 for theft, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, felonies. Deputies responded March 2 to the 2300 block of McVicar Avenue in reference to a theft. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party, who said that Pena, her daughter, used to live at the residence until recently and had stopped by the residence earlier to pick up her mail while no one was at the house. The reporting party said that when they returned home, they discovered an iPad, laptop computer, a guitar and a .22 caliber rifle missing. The reporting party advised that Pena's mail was gone. Deputies contacted Pena in the 3300 block of Andy Devine Avenue and she allegedly admitted to taking the items and selling the iPad and computer. Pena was arrested without incident. A search of Pena reportedly revealed a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
