Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Charles Ray Lane, 46, of Kingman Tuesday for felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies conducted a traffic stop on Charles Drive at Northern Avenue around 1:55 p.m. and contacted the driver and Lane, the passenger. Deputies had Lane exit the vehicle. A search of the vehicle reportedly revealed a plastic bag with white residue located on the floorboard where Lane was sitting. Deputies also located a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance inside a bag of tobacco. During conversations with Lane, he allegedly said that he recently purchased the bag of methamphetamine. Lane was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Douglas Noble, 39, of Golden Valley Wednesday for driving under the influence, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .08 percent, extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .15 percent and less than 20 percent and super extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over .20 percent. Deputies conducted a traffic stop in the 4400 block of Bank Street around 9:50 p.m. and contacted Noble, the driver. Deputies reportedly smelled an odor of alcohol on Noble. During conversations with Noble, he allegedly admitted to have been drinking. Following the field sobriety tests, Noble was arrested and transported to the Kingman Police Department, where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be .232 percent. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Ray William Laris, 27, of Kingman Thursday for felony unlawful flight from law enforcement and driving with a suspended license, misdemeanor. Deputies attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Oriole Lane near Swan Drive around 1:30 a.m., but the vehicle continued without yielding at a high rate of speed. Deputies observed the driver of the white Dodge Neon wearing a long sleeve white shirt with a brown beanie. Eventually, deputies lost sight of the vehicle. A short time later, deputies located the vehicle parked in front of a residence in the 3500 block of Robin Lane. Deputies contacted the registered owners of the vehicle inside the residence. The registered owners said that they have not been driving the vehicle. A search of the residence revealed a male subject, later identified as Laris, hiding inside a bedroom. Deputies observed Laris to be wearing a long sleeve white shirt with a brown beanie and light colored pants. During conversations with Laris, he reportedly said that he had been at the residence all night. A records check showed Laris to have a suspended driver's license. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
