The Arizona Department of Transportation is hosting a public meeting for the Interstate 15 Virgin River Bridges Feasibility Study from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday in Beaver Dam at the Beaver Dam Lodge, 452 Old Highway 91 North, Beaver Dam.
The purpose of the study is to evaluate potential improvements along the 29-mile segment of I-15 through Arizona from the Nevada state line to Utah state line, including the rehabilitation of eight bridges throughout the Virgin River Gorge. Operational and safety improvements to I-15 between Nevada and Utah will also be evaluated.
A brief presentation will begin at 6:15 p.m., followed by a question and answer session. Members of the study team will be available to provide information, answer questions and discuss the project.
