Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond Walter Moore Jr., 38, of Kingman, May 11, for felony possession of stolen property. Deputies responded around 5:30 p.m. to a non-injury accident involving a quad in the 2500 block of Suffock Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the operator of the quad, identified as Moore. A records check showed the 1993 Yamaha quad had been reported stolen from a residence in Golden Valley on March 29. Moore was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Raymond William Russell, 25, of Golden Valley, May 11, on an outstanding warrant. Deputies responded around 6:45 p.m. to a disturbance in the 4600 block of Ehrenberg Road. During the investigation, deputies contacted Russell and a records check showed him to have a felony warrant for theft of means of transportation issued out of Coconino County. Russell was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert B. Findley, 46, of Golden Valley, May 12 for possession of drug paraphernalia. While on routine patrol around 1:30 p.m. in the area of 1800 block of Aztec Road, deputies said they noticed a white pickup pulling a trailer that was traveling at a high rate of speed. Upon initial stop it was learned through a record check that the trailer was reported stolen in 2011. One of the truck's occupants, Findley, also had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear out of Bullhead City Justice Court. During the inventory search prior to towing, a pipe with burnt residue was located in the passenger side of the vehicle. Findley was booked into the Mohave County Jail on the existing warrant and possession of drug paraphernalia. The other occupant was charged with misdemeanor possession of stolen property.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jason Lee Crawford, 22, a transient, May 12, for felony possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies conducted a traffic stop around 12:45 a.m. in the 3200 block of Hearne Avenue and contacted a female and male subject. With the assistance of a K9 unit, deputies said they found the male subject, identified as Crawford, to be in possession of two syringes, a plastic bag containing white residue and a homemade pipe with burnt residue. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Mary M. Steed, 46, of Kingman, May 12, for possession of narcotic drugs, a felony, along with driving with suspended license and littering on a highway, misdemeanors. Deputies observed the driver of a pickup truck reach out of the window and throw a cigarette onto the roadway around 10:50 a.m. They conducted a traffic stop on Beverly Avenue at Stockton Hill Road and contacted Steed, the driver. During conversations with Steed, she reportedly said that she didn't mean to drop the cigarette out of her window. Deputies asked for identification, and she advised that she has a valid driver's license, but she did not have it with her. A records check, however, showed Steed to have a suspended driver's license. A search of Steed's purse allegedly revealed 13 narcotic pills inside a pocket. She was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was towed from the scene.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua David Kirchner, 24, of Chloride, May 13, for possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and promoting prison contraband into corrections facility, felonies. Deputies responded to the Mohave County Jail just before 5 p.m. in reference to drugs. Upon arrival, deputies contacted a detention officer, who said Kirchner was brought in earlier on a warrant. The officer said that a search of Kirchner revealed a glass vile containing marijuana.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Patrick Wayne Manges, 45, of Golden Valley, May 13 for felony possession of stolen property, along with driving under the influence, DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over 0.08 percent extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over 0.15 percent and less than 0.20 percent and super extreme DUI with a blood alcohol concentration over 0.20 percent, misdemeanors. Deputies responded around 3:45 p.m. to a disturbance at a residence in the 500 block of Heber Road. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the reporting party, who said that he had been arguing with his son, Manges. Deputies learned that Manges had been drinking and left the residence driving a yellow dirt bike.

Shortly thereafter, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a yellow dirt bike that was traveling eastbound on the shoulder of Highway 68. Deputies contacted the driver, identified as Manges. During conversations with Manges, he allegedly admitted to have been drinking. Following the field sobriety tests, Manges was arrested and transported to the Mohave County Sheriff's Office where an analysis revealed his blood alcohol concentration to be 0.218 percent. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without incident. A computer check showed the 2003 Suzuki motorcycle to have been reported stolen in 2011. The motorcycle was released to the owner.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brian Jason Solley, 36, of Kingman, May 14 for felony failure to maintain registration requirements. Deputies contacted Solley around 10:45 a.m. while in the 4000 block of Hearne Avenue. On-going investigations determined that Solley was not compliant with the requirements of a registered sex offender to maintain current address information. Solley was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's Sex Offender Registration Officer arrested William Burton Dennison, 24, of Kingman, May 15, for felony failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. The Sex Offender Registration Officer contacted Dennison at Mohave County Sheriff's Office around 9:30 a.m. Investigations determined that Dennison was not compliant with the requirements of a registered sex offender to maintain accurate address information. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jose Auxilio-Arrez Lopez, 39, of Kingman, May 15, for felony criminal damage and a misdemeanor warrant for probation violation issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies responded around 3:45 p.m. to a non-injury accident in the 4000 block of Lum Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Lopez in front of the residence. Lopez allegedly said that his friend left his vehicle at his house for a week and he was bothered because it was in the way, so he rammed the Chevy with his truck. Deputies contacted the owner of the Chevy, a 25-year-old man, who said Lopez was supposed to fix his car, not destroy it. A records check showed Lopez to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.
