Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jennifer Rebecca Gillies, 37, of Kingman May 16 for felony theft of means of transportation. Deputies responded around 6:30 a.m. to a vehicle theft report at a residence in the 1600 block of Devlin Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies contacted the victim, a 52-year-old male, who reported that his truck was taken without permission. The victim said he suspected Gillies, his ex-girlfriend, as she has taken his truck in the past. Deputies located the truck an hour later parked at a residence in the 3800 block Heritage Lane. Deputies contacted Gillies inside the residence. She allegedly said that she took the truck and assumed the owner would be OK that she was using his vehicle. Gillies was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail. The vehicle was released to the owner.

Mohave County Sheriff's Sex Offender Registration Officer arrested Donald Wayne Ming, 28, of Kingman May 18 for felony failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements. The Sex Offender Registration Officer and Probation Officers contacted Ming around 10 a.m. in the 1100 block of Beale Street. It was determined that Ming was not compliant with the requirements of a registered sex offender to maintain accurate address information. He was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Brandon Lewis St Ours, 27, of Kingman May 18 on an outstanding warrant. Deputies conducted a traffic stop at 11:38 a.m. in the 3800 block of Stockton Hill Road and contacted St Ours, the driver. A records check showed St Ours to have a felony warrant for possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia issued out of Maricopa County Superior Court. St Ours was taken into custody without incident. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Matthew James Protheroe, 29, of Golden Valley May 20 for felony aggravated harassment. Deputies responded around 5:30 p.m. to a contempt of court violation at a residence in the 3500 block of Maverick Road. Upon arrival, deputies contacted three people who advised that they are protected parties in a valid injunction against harassment against Protheroe. Deputies confirmed the order of protection to be valid. The individuals reported that Protheroe has posted comments about them on social media sites. Deputies confirmed the posted derogatory statements. They then contacted Protheroe at a residence in the 1500 block of Estrella Road, where he allegedly admitted to making the postings. Protheroe was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Jonathan Ray Wilson, 28, of Kingman May 21 for possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting arrest, felonies, along with outstanding warrants. Deputies said they observed a male subject trying to conceal something behind his back while he was riding a bicycle around 12:15 a.m. As deputies were turning their patrol unit around, the bicyclist disappeared. Shortly thereafter, deputies located the subject, later identified as Wilson, and ordered him to stop in the area of Northern Avenue and Lomita Street. Deputies caught up with Wilson, after a short foot pursuit. After a brief struggle, Wilson was arrested. A search of Wilson reportedly revealed a syringe. A records check showed Wilson to have a felony parole violation warrant issued by Arizona Department of Corrections and misdemeanor warrants. He was transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail without further incident.
