Jimmy Wayne Boblett Jr., 43, of Kingman passed away Nov. 5. He was born April 19, 1969, in Ventura, Calif., to Jimmy Boblett Sr. and Odette Boblett. In 1974, Jimmy moved to Kingman, where he met several of his close friends. He graduated from Kingman High School with the Class of 1988. He met his wife, Jeri Whitley, in 1990. He worked at Tucker Housewares for 11 years and then Quail Piping, now J-M Manufacturing, for 14 years. He was tragically taken from us on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012.
Jimmy Wayne Boblett Jr. was snatched from this earth, his family and loved ones well before his time. Jimmy was a man known for the love he had for his wife and family. They were his most prized possession. All who knew him loved Jimmy. He had a smile that was contagious and when you met Jimmy, it was as if you had known him your whole life. It did not matter much to Jimmy what he was doing as long as he was surrounded by the people he loved. Jimmy had a passion for life and many things in it - music, weightlifting, motorcycling, camping, softball, drawing and, most of all, his family. Jimmy leaves this Earth having left behind his footprint that shall forever remain for all to see who had the pleasure of meeting (Himmy Nochez).
Jimmy is survived by his wife of 21 years, Jeri Boblett; two sons, Michael Boblett (Alisha Robinson)and Eric Boblett (Amanda Boblett); his parents, Jimmy and Odette Boblett; his brother, William Boblett; his blood brother, Matt Lippert; in-laws Gerold and Bobbie Whitley; and several family members, including extended family, as well as friends. He will forever remain in our hearts. "We Love you" until we meet again.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, at the LDS church at 3180 Rutherford (off of Detroit) in Kingman.
