Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Terri Lynn Wigal, 54, of Kingman Nov. 13 for felony possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies contacted Wigal around 5:50 p.m. during a traffic stop in the 2900 block of Northern Avenue. Wigal appeared to deputies to be extremely nervous. A search of her backpack allegedly yielded a straw with white residue and a plastic bag containing a white crystal substance weighing approximately 2.5 grams. She was arrested without incident, transported and booked into the Mohave County Jail.

Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Annette Theadora Murphy, 49, of Golden Valley Nov. 13 on a parole violation felony warrant issued by the Arizona Department of Corrections and a failure to pay fines misdemeanor warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Deputies received a tip regarding the whereabouts of a wanted felon identified as Murphy and around noon responded to a residence in the 3100 block of Hearne Avenue. Upon arrival, deputies started making announcements for Murphy to exit the residence. Eventually, Murphy exited the residence and she was taken into custody without incident.
