Paul was born March 10, 1928, in Denver. He passed away Tuesday, Nov. 20, 2012, in Golden Valley.
Paul was raised in Colorado. He spent the first part of his career as a steelworker before enlisting in the United States Navy in 1957. Paul spent 20 years in the Navy and was awarded numerous medals, including the WWII Victory Medal, Asian Pacific Campaign Medal, Bronze Star, Vietnam Combat Medal, National Defense Medal, and numerous others. Paul retired from the Navy in 1972 and went to work at Oasis Oil Company in Libya, North Africa.
After Paul returned from Libya he spent several years in Washington state and continued to work as a sheet metal worker. He and his wife, Pat, retired to Kingman in 2000. Pat passed away in 2006.
Paul is survived by his son, Paul Graham Jr. of Hesperia, Calif.; and a daughter, Paula Graham of Oxnard, Calif. Paul also leaves behind many friends and loved ones in Washington, California and Arizona. A special thank you to his long-time caregivers, John and Sharon Grisley.
