Police arrested a transient on indecent exposure charges last week after the 50-year-old man reportedly flashed several park patrons.

Kingman Police were called out to Centennial Park just before 2 p.m. Aug. 25 after receiving calls about a male subject causing a disturbance.

Capt. Rusty Cooper said the man, identified as Eugene Ray Edmonson, exposed his genitalia to several people at the park, including a 14 and 15 year old. He was also confronting people and being "verbally offensive, belligerent and aggressive."

The officer briefly struggled with Edmonson while trying to arrest him. Edmonson was booked on felony charges of indecent exposure, public sexual indecency to a minor and misdemeanor charges of threatening and intimidating and resisting arrest.

Edmonson has a history of disorderly conduct and public intoxication arrests.
