Jarett Griffith (top left), sponsored by Kingman Animal Hospital, looks a bit overwhelmed as he and Matt Waite, sponsored by Cascades Tissue Group, eye the food-eating task that awaits them at the 2nd Annual Pink Week Pig Out at Redneck's BBQ in downtown Kingman Saturday. Later, while Waite plugged along, Griffith (far left) seemed beyond overwhelmed. Participants attempted to eat three pounds of pork on a one-pound bun and one pound of coleslaw in 30 minutes. Richard Chambers won the event, with Dillon Jenkins coming in a close second. Funds raised went to help the Kingman Cancer Care Unit, which helps cancer patients with medical, transportation, utility and other costs. The KCCU is seeking more volunteers and can be reached at 928-757-2546.
