A great big thank you to all those who made the 9th Annual Kingman Area Books Are Magic Fest (KABAM!), April 5 and 6, possible.

They are: The Arizona Commission on the Arts, Libraries Limited, the city of Kingman and Beale Street Brews; featured authors Brooke Bessesen, Janette Rallison, Maxwell Alexander Drake, JC Amberlyn and Stephanie Ciofalo; performers Los Piso Mojado Boys (Ramon and Roger), Dustin Jake and Laura Mata and Rachel Brown; sound engineer and PA system, Alan Bensch; master of ceremonies and poetry slam host Mikel Weisser; all-around help and Kid Zone staffing from Bill Losinger, Shyanne DiConza, Karin Larrimore and Debbie Hall; and park setup/take-down, festival assistance and planning by Sam Gale, Andre Finch, Kristi Turman, Adele Maxson, Jack Larson, Bruce Carter, Frances Carter, Gaby Peterman, Maria Gonzales, Barbara Patterson, Gail Johnston, Kayley Johnston, Dari Casanova, Joan Abraham and Chelaine Hoffer. Thank you all so much for making it happen.

Year 10 will be 2014.
