Mohave 911: December 2, 2013

On Nov. 19, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Andrew Shae Tayborne, 21, of Kingman on a felony probation violation warrant issued by Mohave County Superior Court, a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued by Kingman Justice Court, and misdemeanor charges of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies contacted Tayborne in the 4700 block of Mohave Airport Drive regarding the warrants. A search allegedly revealed he possessed marijuana, rolling papers and a portable scale. He was taken into custody without incident.

On Nov. 20, Kingman Police officers arrested John M. Cassidy, 24, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor charge of false reporting to law enforcement and a misdemeanor probation violation warrant issued by Kingman Municipal Court. Officers responded to the 500 block of Sunrise Avenue regarding an abandoned vehicle report at about 1:15 p.m. Cassidy was in the area and police said he provided a false name when they contacted him. They recognized him from a previous arrest earlier this month, according to KPD spokeswoman Jennifer Sochocki. A search allegedly revealed Cassidy possessed methamphetamine and the associated paraphernalia and a record check revealed the warrant. He was taken into custody without incident.

On Nov. 23, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Bob Earl Wilkerson, 43, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a warrant for possession of dangerous drugs issued by Kingman Justice Court. Deputies reportedly observed Wilkerson riding a bicycle without any lights in the area of Thompson Avenue and Benton Street at about 3 a.m. Wilkerson reportedly jumped a fence and fled into a home in the 2700 block of Thompson Avenue after the deputy shined a spotlight on him. The deputy reported that when he approached the home he heard a female inside scream. He announced his presence and a resident said the man was inside. Wilkerson was inside a bedroom and was placed under arrest. He reportedly told deputies he fled because he knew there was a warrant for his arrest. A search revealed Wilkerson was allegedly in possession of two plastic bags containing marijuana and hypodermic needles. A record check revealed the warrant. He was taken into custody without further incident.

On Nov. 25, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Gene Cunningham, 46, of Kingman on a felony charge of criminal damage. Deputies responded to a residence in the 2400 block of E. Carver Avenue regarding a vandalized vehicle at about 8 p.m. The previous tenant told deputies she left several items in the residence and a car in the driveway when she moved out and that the items were missing and the car's windows and mirrors were broken. Cunningham reportedly admitted he had the items, but had no knowledge regarding the damaged vehicle. Later, he reportedly admitted he was responsible for the vandalism. He was taken into custody without incident.

The following were recently indicted by the Mohave County Grand Jury:

• Stephen Andrew Smith, aggravated domestic violence, aggravated harassment by domestic violence and stalking by domestic violence. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Conn.

• Jack Lee Milam III, theft, trafficking in stolen property in the first degree and burglary in the second degree. Carlisle presided over the arraignment.

• Joseph Owen Waller, misconduct involving weapons. Carlisle presided over the arraignment.

• Cheryl Lynn Reinbold, burglary in the second degree. Carlisle presided over the arraignment.

• John Jesus Rodriguez, two counts of burglary in the third degree, attempted burglary in the second degree and criminal damage. Arraignment is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Williams.

• Daniel Wayne Conely, aggravated assault. Carlisle presided over the arraignment.

• Robert Alan Steven and Colby William Price, forgery and theft. Arraignment is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Williams.

• Richard Anthony Huff, aggravated assault, attempted arson and endangerment. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Conn.

• Sean Edward Nygard, unlawful removal of theft detection device, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 5 in front of Carlisle.

• Daniel John Moran and Steven William Brenneman, five counts of trafficking in stolen property. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 5 in front of Carlisle.

• Ivan A. Cano-Ontiveros, transportation of narcotics for sale and possession of drug paraphernalia. Conn presided over the arraignment.

• Tommy Lewis Sims and Shawn Joseph Woodfin, four counts of burglary in the third degree and two counts of theft. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 5 in front of Carlisle.

• Andrew Bishop-Thompson and Jack Neal Thompson, burglary in the second degree and resisting arrest. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Williams.

• Lloyd Edward Gilbert, two counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence and disorderly conduct involving a weapon by domestic violence. Arraignment is set for 11 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Williams.

• Aaron Michael Dyer, possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and criminal trespass in the first degree. Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Dec. 2 in front of Conn.

• Jimmy Wayne Rogers, three counts of aggravated assault by domestic violence and three counts of disorderly conduct involving a weapon by domestic violence. Carlisle presided over the arraignment.
