Phyllis Daryln Dwiggins, "Ma," born May 5, 1933, in Kanab, Utah, went to be with our Lord on Dec. 23, 2013, in Kingman at the age of 80.

As a child, Darlyn was full of a sense of adventure, growing up on a ranch as the youngest of 5 siblings. She met the love of her life at the age of 15, Mervin Foster Dwiggins, Sr., and at the age of 16, they started their 64 years of marriage.

Darlyn would tell you that all she ever wanted was to be a mother, and viewed her family as her greatest accomplishment. She was a fabulous country cook, a square dance aficionado, a Girl Scouts troop leader, and an avid softball player. Darlyn had a passion for life and people, and will be remembered for her loving generosity, her happy, sweet countenance and her infectious laughter.

Darlyn is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Mervin Foster Dwiggins, Sr. She is survived by her three children, Delores Crumbacher, Marie Dwiggins and Mervin "Moe" Dwiggins, Jr. She is also survived by her six grandchildren, six great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many dear extended family and friends.

Burial services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 30 at Mountain View Cemetery in Williams, Ariz. A memorial service will also commence at 1 p.m. on Saturday, Jan. 4 at Music Mountain Bible Chapel in Truxton, Ariz.
