On June 1, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Patrick Allen Dunn, 49, of Kingman on felony charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Deputies stopped Dunn at about 1 a.m. in the 500 block of Anson Smith Road. After deputies learned about Dunn's warrants he was placed into custody. A search of his vehicle revealed a bag of marijuana and a bag of methamphetamine, along with a pipe. He was taken into custody without incident.
On June 1, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Marie Ann Noelani Garcia, 19, of Kingman. Garcia was arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Garcia was in a car stopped by deputies in the area of Butler Avenue and Vickie Lane at about 12:45 p.m. A search of Garcia's purse reportedly revealed a bag of marijuana and a pipe with marijuana residue was found on the floorboard next to the passenger seat.
She was taken into custody without incident.
On June 2, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested William Kelly Maggard, 23, of Golden Valley on felony charges of marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, along with a misdemeanor trespassing charge. Deputies stopped Maggard, who was on foot, in the 5700 block of Crystal Drive at about 2:10 p.m. According to deputies, the man was holding a marijuana pipe in his hand when they approached and he was taken into custody. During a search, deputies reportedly found a metal container with marijuana inside and another glass pipe. The caller told deputies Maggard trespassed across his property and was able to jump the fence before his dogs got to him.
Maggard was taken into custody without incident.
