Mohave 911: June 24, 2013

On June 14, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies and a Kingman Police officer arrested Tertius Quartus Nulsen, 32, of Dolan Springs on felony charges of theft of means of transportation, possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. Nulsen reportedly stole a Ford F-150 pickup truck at about 7:50 a.m. from in front of a business in the 19900 block of Highway 93 and headed south on the highway. Deputies and a Kingman police officer responded to the area of Beale Street and Highway 93 and conducted a high-risk contact with Nulsen, who had pulled into a gas station parking lot in the 900 block of Beale Street. Nulsen was taken into custody without incident and a search revealed he was in possession of a black plastic container that reportedly held methamphetamine and a pipe with marijuana residue. The truck was released to its owner.

On June 14, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Shunda Louise Catalano, 33, of Kingman on a felony warrant for possession of narcotic equipment and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines, both issued by the Kingman Justice Court. At about 11 p.m., deputies contacted Catalano at a residence in the 2800 block of Snavely Avenue.

She was taken into custody without incident.

On June 14, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Topete, 32, of Kingman for a felony probation violation warrant out of Mohave County Superior Court and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines issued out of Kingman Justice Court. At about midnight, deputies responded to a residence in the 2400 block of Lass Avenue. They found Topete inside a shed. He was taken into custody without incident.

On June 14, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Dean McCleary, 21, of Kingman on felony charges of burglary and criminal damage. At about 10:45 p.m., deputies responded to a business in the 4600 block of Finance Way where the supervisor reported that someone entered the yard and damaged bags of merchandise. Deputies learned that McCleary, a former employee, was spotted in the area that evening. Deputies contacted McCleary at a residence in the 2900 block of Lass Avenue.

McCleary reportedly admitted he cut the bags with a knife after initially denying any involvement. He was taken into custody without incident.

On June 15, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joseph Michael Murphy, 21, of Kingman on a felony warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia issued out of Kingman Justice Court. At about 1:10 p.m. deputies contacted Murphy in the 4100 block of Thompson Avenue on an unrelated incident. A record check revealed the warrant. He was taken into custody without incident.
