On March 1, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Emily Jordan Turnbow, 19, of Kingman on a charge of felony resisting arrest and misdemeanor charges of domestic violence/assault and disorderly conduct. Deputies responded to the 3500 block of Northfield Avenue. A person at the home told deputies Turnbow was intoxicated and belligerent. Turnbow allegedly kicked and bit deputies when they tried to place her into custody.

On March 2, Mohave County deputies arrested Zechariah Alexander Bell, 25, and Scott Allen Bell, 50, of Kingman on charges of felony trespassing. Neither man had permission to be at a residence in the 3600 block of Ryan Avenue, according to police. Inside the residence, which did not have power or water and was reportedly in an "extremely unsanitary" condition, were two children. Child Protective Services took custody of the children, who were reportedly unclean and hungry. The owner of the property advised deputies that neither man was authorized to be there.

On March 4, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Joshua Allen Keeler, 19, of Kingman on charges of felony possession of narcotics and several outstanding warrants. Deputies conducted a traffic stop at about 11 p.m. in the area of Eagle Drive and Canary Lane. Keller, a passenger in the vehicle, reportedly provided a false name to deputies, who allegedly discovered several pills during a search that later tested positive for hydrocodone. Keeler's true identity was discovered following a fingerprint analysis, as were several warrants issued for his arrest.

On March 5, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Allen McCarty, 44, and Brenda S. Odom, 36, both of Kingman. McCarty was arrested on several outstanding warrants and Odom on felony drug charges for possession of a dangerous drug, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

On March 7, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Dauine James Hanson, 43, of Kingman on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and taking contraband into a correctional facility, felonies, and a misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay child support. Deputies stopped Hanson at about 8 p.m. in the area of Butler Avenue and Butler Way. He was taken into custody on the child support warrant. While at the jail, detention officers found a plastic baggie containing a white residue.

On March 10, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cory James Moore, 25, of Kingman on charges of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, a felony, and a misdemeanor charge of criminal damage per domestic violence. Police responded to a home in the 3100 block of Snavely Avenue late Sunday morning. They talked to a 24-year-old female, who told deputies Moore, her boyfriend, had disabled her vehicle. She had left the home the night before following an argument and returned Sunday with her brother to retrieve her belongings, according to police. Moore reportedly admitted he removed her starter and fuel pump fuses. He is accused of resisting arrest and was restrained and taken to jail.

On March 11, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Thomas Smith, 46, of Golden Valley on charges of theft of means of transportation and possession of a weapon by a prohibited person, felonies. At about 11 a.m. deputies stopped Smith in the 600 block of Tonto Road. Smith reportedly admitted to taking the Lincoln Town car he was driving after he worked to get it started. Smith, a felon, was reportedly in possession of a firearm. He was taken into custody without incident.

On March 11, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Robert Wesley Cowan, 36, of Golden Valley on charges of domestic violence, endangerment per domestic violence, aggravated assault and endangerment, all felonies. His arrest came two days after Cowan allegedly rammed a vehicle with a former girlfriend and her friend inside. Deputies located the man Monday and took him into custody without incident.

On March 11, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrested Cheryl Ann Dodson-Hickle, 29, of Kingman for resisting arrest, making a false report and a warrant issued out of Mohave County Superior Court on theft-related felony charges. She reportedly refused to provide deputies with identification and allegedly attempted to walk away while being taken into custody. She was ultimately restrained and taken to jail.

On March 11, Mohave County Sheriff's deputies arrest Brett James Pinnell, 19, of Kingman on outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants. At about 5:03 a.m. deputies stopped Pinnell in the 3000 block of Northern Avenue. He was taken into custody without incident.
