Shotgun arrest among slew of Mohave County indictments

KINGMAN - Leanda Raye Hayden, the 55-year-old Kingman woman accused of aiming a shotgun at her daughter in an alleged domestic violence incident Nov. 9, was one of 18 people to fall under indictment when the Mohave County Grand Jury met Thursday.

Hayden's 33-year-old daughter told Mohave County Sheriff's deputies that the woman aimed a shotgun at her at a home they share in the 2300 block of Sierra Vista.

Her arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Nov. 25 in front of Judge Steven Conn.

The grand jury also indicted:

• Daniel Duncan MacLeod and Christopher A. Cruz, one count each of trafficking in stolen property in the second degree, one count of forgery and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Daymon Augustus Smith, one count of burglary in the second degree and disorderly conduct involving a weapon.

• Elijah Caleb Rea, one count of failure to comply with sex offender registration requirements.

• Christopher D. King, one count of transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds), possession of drug paraphernalia and misconduct involving weapons.

• David Matthew Martin, transportation of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds), possession of marijuana for sale (more than two pounds), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Nicholis Kelly O'Leary, one count of trafficking in stolen property in the first degree and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Wednesday in front of Judge Rick Williams.

• Andrew J. Barlow Jr., one count of arson of a structure.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Friday in front of Williams.

•Sergio Emilio Gotariz, one count of burglary in the first degree, one count of kidnapping by domestic violence, one count of disorderly conduct involving a weapon by domestic violence, one count of aggravated assault, one count of misconduct involving weapons.

Arraignment is set for 8:30 a.m. Thursday in front of Carlisle.

• Jared David Rundell, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine) and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

• David Arron Perez, one count possession of dangerous drugs (methamphetamine) and one count possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).

• Donald Eugene Tuttle, one count of aggravated robbery.

• Garrett John Jongsma, one count of possession of drug paraphernalia (methamphetamine).
